The Assistant Manager - eLearning position is available at Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Aga Khan University is a private, international university committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for facilitating the design and re-design of courses in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, incorporating teaching team recommendations and learner needs into digital formats. They will ensure the quality of teaching and learning strategies, as well as assessment principles and practices in online education. The Assistant Manager will also coordinate with various departments, manage course sites, and support faculty technically. Eligibility criteria include a bachelors and masters degree in Education (specialization in eLearning and Instructional Design) or Technology and Information Systems, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills are required.
