Alkaram is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - HSE Compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE in Environmental Engineering/Chemical) and relevant courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH and Fire Prevention. The candidate should also have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
As an Assistant Manager - HSE Compliance at Alkaram, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will schedule and conduct biannual H&S audits, ensure evacuation drills and fire first aid trainings are conducted, and provide guidance and encouragement during safety committee meetings. You will also ensure that HSE training is conducted as per the HSE training program and perform risk assessments of all units as per the defined schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis for all incidents and preparing corrective action plans to avoid future incidents.
