AKRSP is seeking applications from highly qualified candidates for the position of Head of Monitoring and Evaluation-Head Office in Gilgit. The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) is an institution of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) established by the Aga Khan Foundation in 1982. AKRSP has been working in Gilgit, Baltistan and Chitral (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan) to improve the quality of life of the people in the program area. The Head of Monitoring and Evaluation will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness, strong communication, planning and organizing, and managerial competencies. Additionally, practical understanding of research and survey tools/methodologies, as well as demonstrated knowledge of using quantitative and qualitative tools for data analysis, are required. The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. The education requirement is 16 years in Economics, Development Planning, Management, or Data Sciences.
