A graduate from a reputable local or foreign university is desired by Orange Tree Foundation for the position of Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining employee databases, managing attendance and payroll using software, overseeing the recruitment and selection process, bridging management and employee relations by handling grievances and issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills in English, teamwork abilities, organization, efficiency, innovation, and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator are essential skills. Previous HR experience is preferred. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with an additional half day on Saturdays. Employees are entitled to 30 paid leaves per year.
