Midland Doctors Medical Institute, a UK based charity hospital located in Muzaffarabad AJK, is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join their hospital as an HR Manager. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The qualification required for this position is an MBA in HR from a recognized and reputable university. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings. The candidate should have experience in recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees, understanding of employee life cycle and employment laws, understanding of human performance improvement model, understanding of job analysis and design, experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, experience in handling management activities of a small to mid-sized organization and experience of organizing software and systems.
