Engro Eximp Agriproducts is seeking an enthusiastic finance professional for the position of Manager-Finance & Planning in their Finance & Planning team. The candidate should have a CA/ACCA qualification and have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance and planning. The candidate should also have negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills and attention to detail. The overall responsibilities of this position include leading the finance department including all relevant facets such as Accounting, reporting, taxation, trade payables and receivables and treasury. The candidate will also finalize annual financial statements/periodic financial statements (where required), get them audited from External Auditors and upload them on BPC. The candidate will support the strategic business planning & forecasting process, providing essential analysis on KPIs and manage relationships with external stakeholders i.e. Banks, insurance, vendors etc. to ensure robust systems and platforms used for data analysis & managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments. The candidate will research, analyze, reconcile and validate a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions; and ensure all financial and management accounting information is compliant with all statutory requirements. The candidate will play a pivotal role between finance teams and stakeholders (BPC teams, reporting & Operations etc.) and forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment. The candidate will ensure that Financial and Accounting policies & procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations and global standards and complying with risk management and internal controls. The candidate will ensure that all accounting records are properly and timely maintained, reporting cycles and other accordance with the regulatory and organizational requirements.
