Sapphire is currently hiring for the position of Officer-Marketing/Merchandising. The ideal candidate should have a BBA, MBA or Textile Engineering degree and have between 0-3 years of experience.
As an Officer-Marketing/Merchandising, your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including customers, product costing and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible customer service and enhance business goals, developing and executing marketing plans that support business goals, identifying market trends and customer preferences to inform campaign development, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business strategy.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of merchandising, sales and marketing, fashion and design knowledge, negotiation skills, communication skills, project management skills, financial analysis skills, and leadership and team management skills.
