Behria Foundation, a subsidiary of Pakistan Navy, invites applications from suitable male and female candidates for the position of Principal. The candidate should have a Masters Degree in Science/English subjects, and candidates with M.Ed/B.E EPM would be preferred. The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of teaching/administration experience, with expertise in academic management, administrative and financial management of the school, liaison with education boards, district offices, government agencies, and media. Other responsibilities include staff appraisal, ensuring discipline and safety of premises, students, and staff, as well as syllabus evaluation/update in line with the latest trends and requirements. Required skills include excellent oral and written communication, proficiency in MS-Office & Office-based applications, interpersonal & public relations skills, knowledge of School/Student Management System (ISMS), and human resource management.
