Procurement Specialist Jobs in Energy Department Sindh 2023

The Project Management Unit of Sindh Solar Energy Project (SSEP), Energy Department, Government of Sindh invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing services as a Procurement Specialist. The selected Individual Consultant will be detailed in the Project Management Unit of SSEP. The scope of work and detailed ToRs for the position can be obtained from the official website of SSEP (www.ssep.gos.pk). Eligible candidates must possess a University degree (minimum sixteen years of education) in Engineering, Finance, Economics or any other related field. A degree in Procurement or Supply Chain shall be accorded due weightage. The candidate must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience (after acquiring stipulated qualifications) in procurement of goods, works and services and must be knowledgeable in national and international procurement rules/regulations/policies. High level writing and communication skills are required, in particular in the preparation of bid evaluation reports, briefings, and presentations etc. Demonstrated computer skills (Proficiency in using computer desktop application Ms Office Word Excel and Power Point) are also required.
