MM Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, one of the largest multidisciplinary consulting organizations operating in all major sectors of the economy across Pakistan, is seeking an experienced individual for the leadership position of Regional Manager (South). Based in Karachi, the Regional Manager (South) will act as the focal person for the Company's activities in the Region, leading the development and implementation of the Company's strategy to drive operations and business development for delivering growth outcomes aligned to MMP's business aspirations.
The Regional Manager (South) will be responsible for the development and implementation of regional business strategy, planning and leading business development activities in the region, providing support to engineering, management and development projects, management of regional support functions including Finance and Human Resources, building and strengthening Client relationships, and attracting and cultivating Talent to drive business growth.
The qualifications and skills required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Economics/Related disciplines with candidates having a postgraduate qualification being given preference. Foreign qualifications are an added advantage. The candidate should have at least 20 years of experience with proven experience in a managerial role at reputable public/private sector organizations. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to coordinate with diverse public sector entities and stakeholders, and people management skills.
