National University of Technology (NUTECH) in Islamabad is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of PhD Student for their HEC NRPU Project. The candidate should have an MS in Agriculture Engineering, Crop Science, Computer Science or a related field with a strong academic profile. The candidate must be enrolled in a PhD program and have knowledge of Remote Sensing Technologies, GIS, UAV's Ground Base Sensors etc. Experience with Deep Learning Machine Learning Techniques and strong programming skills, preferably in Python, is required. A good publication record is also required. The appointment will be for 1 year on an extendable contract at a monthly remuneration of Rs.45,000/-.
