A non-profitable organization based in Karachi is looking for a Research Manager. The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of job experience in the health development sector and a proven track record of awarding grant opportunities in immunization and MNCH projects. The candidate should hold MBBS and MPH/MSC degrees from recognized institutions. The individual should possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, knowledge of the development sector, and proficiency in research. He/She should be able to work independently and collaboratively. The incumbent will be responsible for identification and development of funding sources to support planned projects; writing and submission of grant proposals; providing direction/facilitation to the project team during project implementation; assessing whether the project activities are being executed in accordance with plans and timelines; coordinating and maintaining liaison with influential persons, government officials, and other project stakeholders; analyzing and reporting the progress of activities; and supervision & monitoring of project-related activities.
