Sub Consultant Jobs in National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) 2023

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) is seeking the services of a sub-consultant to carry out a detailed Android-based physical bulk customer's/consumer's survey for water flow-metering in the controlled/service areas of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KW&SB). The sub-consultant should be a Pakistani consulting firm registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and an active taxpayer on the Federal Board of Revenue. The method of selection will be Least Cost Based Selection. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available at the NESPAK office or can be downloaded for free from the NESPAK and PPRA websites. The price of the RFP document is Rs 1000/-. The proposal should comprise of a technical proposal and a financial proposal and should reach the address given below on or before March 02, 2023, up to 11:00 am. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. The successful sub-consultant will work under the technical oversight of NESPAK as the consultant of the project.
