Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager HR in Karachi. The job role includes designing, planning and implementing compensation and benefit programs, initiating performance appraisals and advising on rewards strategy. The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of the company's vision by evaluating company standards and benchmarking for employee benefits and compensation. HR system development and payroll expertise are also required.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multiple projects, strong knowledge of salary practices and experience as an HR Generalist. Expertise in data reading and advanced Excel is also required. A positive attitude is essential. Education requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Experience required is 4-5 years.
