The Executive Engineer Provincial Buildings Division-ll Karachi invites Proposals for Engineering Consultancy Services under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date) from reputed consulting firms for the assignment with scope of services mentioned below but not limited to: Consultancy Services for Vetting of Design & Drawings and Detailed Construction Supervision for the Scheme Construction of 75 Nos. Deputy Secretary Flats at Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi 13-Blocks with Ground +9 Storeys &1-Block with Ground +11 Storeys Building (Civil Electrical Plumbing & Mechanical ADP No.3098 of 2022-23) including Electrical and Plumbing with Detailed Supervision During Execution of Project as mentioned in the TORs. Minimum 24 Months of Duration of Project till Completion of Project. ELIGIBILITY (MANDATORY): Valid Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and having Project Profile Code 1201,1203 1204 & 1210 Income Tax Registration.Sindh Revenue Board Registration,the consultant must have registration with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan SECP Mandatory.The RFP documents include a detailed list of eligibility criteria and conditions.
