Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. The Deputy General Manager (Procurement) will design, develop, and implement procurement strategies and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity within the parameters of applicable/legal regulatory framework. The position requires an MBA/Master/Bachelor degree with 16 years of qualification in Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics. The candidate should have 10 years post-qualification procurement experience, including 3-5 years as a Procurement Manager, particularly in B2B, with knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations Authority Rules and related rules & regulations. Desired skills include being a quick learner, multitasker, able to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment, good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. The age limit for this position is 45 years.
