NADRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Director Procurement Supply Chain Management. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a senior procurement management role, with a mandatory education of 16 years, including a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from HEC recognized university. The candidate should be well-versed in undertaking large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments, along with a proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management. Familiarity with PPRA Rules, procurement software, and strategic decision-making is essential. The selected candidate will be based in Islamabad and should be 45 years old or below.
