Sindh Bank Limited is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the positions of In-charge Credit Hub and Relationship Manager (RM) for Corporate/SME/Consumer in various locations including Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Sukkur, Larkana, Quetta, and Peshawar. The minimum qualification required is a graduate degree, preferably an MBA/M.Com.
The In-charge Credit Hub position requires preferably 5-8 years of relevant banking experience. The key job requirements include supervising the timely preparation of quality credit line proposals, evaluating the borrower's creditworthiness, effectively monitoring the overall portfolio of the Credit Hub, ensuring the achievement of allocated targets to the Credit Hub, conducting regular meetings and visits with borrowers, marketing prospective NTBs for the bank, monitoring industry trends and economic changes affecting the borrower's position and passing on information to management, and training and developing Hub and Branches credit staff.
The Relationship Manager position requires preferably 2-5 years of relevant banking experience. The key job requirements include having sufficient knowledge of asset-based products, being well-versed in related SBP Prudential Regulations, performing marketing and business development activities to achieve allocated targets, having effective communication skills, conducting in-depth analysis of financial and market positions, evaluating the borrower's creditworthiness, managing credit proposals from initiation to disbursement, and effectively monitoring assigned credit portfolios.
