The Golf Manager should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing golf course operations of international standards and in-depth knowledge of the golf game. The candidate should possess good communication and strong administrative skills. The Golf Course Supervisor should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Golf Course Supervisor or in a similar position. The candidate should be a graduate, preferably in horticulture or have at least 10-15 years of on-hand experience. Preference will be given to candidates having a certificate in turf management.
