The ideal candidate should be a recently retired Army officer, preferably with a major from fighting arms/CM, and possess an exemplary service record and medical fitness. Additionally, the applicant must have knowledge of security operations and surveillance system equipment, as well as excellent communication and managerial skills. Good IT skills and an understanding of security technology are also required, and the candidate should not be above 45 years of age.
