The role involves managing both primary and disaster recovery site servers, ensuring regular backups of servers and databases, including offsite backup. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing Forefront TMG 2010 policies and coordinating with hardware and software vendors for issue resolution. They will also be tasked with replicating critical servers from the primary site to the disaster recovery site regularly, keeping servers up to date with the latest windows patches and updated virus definitions, managing Microsoft WSUS server, and overseeing Office 365 accounts and groups. The position requires providing technical guidance to IT support staff and undertaking any other tasks as assigned. Applicants must have experience managing Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 in a domain environment, a thorough understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Group Policy management. They should also be able to manage IIS servers and SQL Server databases including performance tuning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong analytical abilities and a good understanding of network topologies. The applicant should have working experience with Forefront TMG 2010, Exchange/Office 365, Cisco Routers, and Network Monitoring Tools like PRTG.
