Pfizer is looking for a Production Officer in Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan. This is an on-site, full-time entry-level position. As a Production Officer, you will communicate and direct the activities of employees in the production areas in an effective manner. You will address deviations to process problems in the production areas and manage timely equipment maintenance. You will ensure current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance, meet area performance measures, and promote employee training. You will respond to safety-related items and assure corrective actions are taken when necessary. You will promote cGMP compliance within the workplace by following site cGMP procedures. You will assure standard operating procedures are updated and adhered to. You will develop appropriate metrics and action plans to ensure customer/business needs are met. You will manage the supervision of inspection, reconciliation or dispensing and receivals of components. You will apply project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams to deliver objectives on time.
