Engro Energy Limited is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager-Accounts at the Karachi Head Office. The ideal candidate should have a CA/ACCA with 2 to 3 years of experience in general accounting and taxation. SAP experience is mandatory. The overall responsibilities include carrying out the monthly closing process in coordination with relevant interfaces and resolving reconciling items with F&P, preparing and compiling proof sheets of each FSLI and shaping them in a finance package for the review of the Supervisor, preparing quarterly financial statements and BAC package within statutory timelines, liaising with external and internal auditors, resolving GL related issues, working on optimizing SAP GL system, supervising Fixed Asset Register for SECMC group, supervising Payable Process for SECMC group, supervising Intercompany Balances and having sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, corporate Laws and Tax Laws.
